If Turbine did not big nerf on weapon/class damages before Lorthrien then I may continue to play my 2 LOTRO accounts. Besides I have very good guild in LOTRO. This will not leads to come back thread.
Although it is a virtual property belong to player and binded by EULA but I hate to see the game company nerfs on player's side instead of increasing on the mob side. The stats of players increased because you paid to play every month. It's game company's problem to make their game balanced without sacrified customer's virtual property.

Are you by any chance related to Ms North Carolina?

I believe you're referring to Miss South Carolina.
What are you trying to say.....I read this twice and still only have a vague idea of a problem with items.
I believe he is upset about the DPS adjustment prior to Lothlorien being released but that was ummm....like 7 months ago.
If you're just now getting angry about it, I'd say it must not have been that big of deal to take you 6-7 months to notice/get upset over it?
One guess here....you are a hunter?

It sounds like this post was originally typed into a foriegn language translator website and copy/pasted here. Are you saying that you feel that if Tubine would have raised the mob difficulty and not lowered the damage dealing capability of the characters that you would have kept on playing this game?
If that is the case, a nerf is a nerf is a nerf in my own opinion. Whether it is character based of mob based, I'd still feel like I would have a lower survivability regardless. Thats not necessarily a bad thing if it introduces a greater enjoyability to the majority of the subscribers. Case in point - if something is far to easy, the enjoyment that I will get out of it will be lacking because there is no risk-vs-reward thing going on.
Unfortunatley most nerfs are not perceived this way even if they are warranted based on my own perception of people's reactions to nerfs.
Are you stating you are thinking of quitting because you do not feel like you are as powerful as you once were and wondering if others felt that way as well?
I'm not creative enough to have a signature
what is the difference between nerfing players and increasing mobs? There is no difference, if the mob stats were increased they would be harder to kill which counteracts the "good" player stats, if you nerf the player, its just as hard to kill mobs the only difference would be in the numbers on your character page

The effects of the nerfs were greatly exagerrated. I play the two classes that got hit the hardest (Hunter and Champ), and quite frankly the difference is minor.
I don't want to write this, and you don't want to read it. But now it's too late for both of us.
wait, they nerfed my champ? i was just soloing level 60 small fellowship quests the other day. that aside, i thought it wasn't technically a nerf, since they changed the way damage was mitigated, and champs were actually tearing thru mobs faster. i know i sure didn't find anything harder. with any of my classes.... plus with the streamlined starting areas, it's unbearably easy to get the undying title.... i feel dirty wearing mine.... on the new characters

I gave up Turbine and their nerfs not long after Morias release. I hope Turbine is doing well with LOTRO but I lost all faith in them. Hell, I won't even bother with f2p DDO because its Turbine ran...LOL
