You won't be able to do it until the 22nd.
They mentioned you won't be able to get preorder items during the early start on Sunday, unless they've said otherwise since yesterday.
I too had the same issue so i actually read what the Note stated and it says the feature isn't added yet but will be soon.

I got a question for CE items again... Limited Edition:
The Aion Limited Collector's Edition comes with:

Naw, you don't get the items for the preorder, unfortunately. They stated that we won't have them for the headstart on the 20th, and that we will get the items and such on the 22nd

If you order it by DD then you do not get any of the real items. If you order from an onlie retail and they ship you a box then yes you do

Yeah, it does annoy a little...
The CE DL should have been 2 thirds the price it was tbh... no way digital goods should cost the same as physical ones, especally with items missed out on.
But, I guess it's all a choice thing. Still rankles though :P
