When choosing an Aion server.. does west and east mean east coast and west coast USA ?

    Yes it does but beware the Nezekan (West) is an Oceanic server.

    I believe it is for server time only though, not location, so if you're trying to pick a server closer to you for ping reasons, they are all on the East Coast.

    they are all located on the east coast in the same general area.   The servers clocks are set to pst or est so it can set the fortress etc so they can be captured during primetime play.
