Mortal Online: launcher issue...Please help!

Ok, i have read alot on this issue but none of the solutions work.
Here is the problem, i download client, install. I restart client then it starts downloading the entire client all over....read that pointing the launcher to the location in the installed folder where .exe is located will prevent this...not true still download the entire client over again.
This has me pretty pissed off, i understand beta is forfixing issues duch as this but this game has been in beta for over 4 months and they cannot even fix the lanucher issue, doesnt give me any indication that the game will be any better.
Anyways any help on how to resolve this is appreciated, thanks.

Probably you will be more likely to find a solution in the MO forum here, or even better in the official MO forums, think they have one for technical problems.
Your issue is best raised at the Mortal Online site. This is not the place for discussing closed betas.
