Final beta hasn't started so please don't post misleading information (ever heard the story of the boy that cried wolf). Blizzard will post the information on their main websites once the final beta begins.
Also if you take the time to read the latest news on the European World of Wacraft website you will notice that those currently taking part in the closed beta and those that have pre-ordered World of Warcraft will be taking part in the final beta to start off with. People that never pre-ordered World of Warcraft will have to wait a bit longer before they are able to take part.

Actually they "anticipated" it would only take a few days. and some people say few as in. "A random amount of days that they don't know yet" It doesn't exactly mean 3 lol.
There once was a shepherd boy who was bored as he sat on the hillside watching the village sheep. To amuse himself he took a great breath and sang out, "Wolf! Wolf! The Wolf is chasing the sheep!"
The villagers came running up the hill to help the boy drive the wolf away. But when they arrived at the top of the hill, they found no wolf. The boy laughed at the sight of their angry faces.
"Don't cry 'wolf', shepherd boy," said the villagers, "when there's no wolf!" They went grumbling back down the hill.
Later, the boy sang out again, "Wolf! Wolf! The wolf is chasing the sheep!" To his naughty delight, he watched the villagers run up the hill to help him drive the wolf away.
When the villagers saw no wolf they sternly said, "Save your frightened song for when there is really something wrong! Don't cry 'wolf' when there is NO wolf!"
But the boy just grinned and watched them go grumbling down the hill once more.
Later, he saw a REAL wolf prowling about his flock. Alarmed, he leaped to his feet and sang out as loudly as he could, "Wolf! Wolf!"
But the villagers thought he was trying to fool them again, and so they didn't come.
At sunset, everyone wondered why the shepherd boy hadn't returned to the village with their sheep. They went up the hill to find the boy. They found him weeping.
"There really was a wolf here! The flock has scattered! I cried out, "Wolf!" Why didn't you come?"
An old man tried to comfort the boy as they walked back to the village.
"We'll help you look for the lost sheep in the morning," he said, putting his arm around the youth, "Nobody believes a liar...even when he is telling the truth!"

Thanks for that Neas. It saved me a job, but I have a feeling Sarlsone will still continue with his stupid behaviour and posts in this forum.

Heh. It'll be a miralce if the Final beta even starts this weekend lol. On the Website they said
"More details regarding the Final Beta, including the start date, will be announced here shortly, so please stay tuned."
They haven't even gave any details on the Beta start date so i doubt they'll suddenly rush in and release the beta in a few days. They might update the front page today and give you a date but I'm thinking of next week...
But you can't really blame Blizzard for never meeting the dates they set. This is the most popular MMORPG out to date. They can't just rush it and make a mess of it. Patience is a Virtue....i wish it was out today though
I've had mine for a few weeks now. It's gathering dust in my PC Drawer. I Really hope it's out before or On the weekend. There's nothing to do when I'm at home besides.......be bored..

They are probably fixing these "crashes" that i've been reading that people are complaining about. and many other unknown glitches etc. Delaying the Final Beta will also delay the Offical Retail Release Date. So i think they will be trying to get this FInal Beta over with A.S.A.P
Sounds very probable. Also, the delay is actually to our advantage, in a way. First hand impressions are really important and many people (including myself) haven't played the game yet. So if the game crashes a lot and so on, the first hand impression would be bad.
Despite the 600 ping, games perfectly playable, in fact i dont think i've had ONE CTD in the 2 weeks ive been playing constantly on the servers.
Not to say the client is without its problems, but i dont have any on my machine whereas i had loads around the time of US Openbeta, so they have obviously fixed a multitude of issues, only thing i see needing to be in ASAP is battlegrounds and PVP content because currently its all a little pointless.
Apart from that though, fantastic game. I aint a fanboy of blizzard.. didnt rate Diablo2 much at all, but this game will change your opinion of MMOs forever, it is just purely fantastic... Got a feeling i havent had since first days on Ultima Online.
