I dont think anyone should "start over" anyway because at lvl 10 when you get to the main city there is a cosmetic vendor there that takes you back into the character creation screen, sure it may cost alot of kinah at that lvl but you can always change your appearance so I wouldnt worry to much about it at first.

Does this allow you to change everything? Voice sets/body/etc?
If so, that is one more thing Aion has done that sets a precedent for things that just make good logical sense to include in a game to make players happy and reduce general annoyance. Even if it does not make sense in the IP, having something like this just makes people feel better because they are never trapped into an appearance.
I wish they had spent as much time being innovative with gameplay, because things like this on the graphical/customization front are far beyond what other games have done.

Wow that is really good I had no idea you could "go back" to the character creation at some point and change your appearance that is really good cause for me at least (Im picky with character looks) there will always be something at some point I will think "I should have made that different" so thats cool.
LOL i hear ya. Whining truely shows the folks that have nothing in life other then videos gaemes. Ever waited in line for a popular movie or concert? Theres no difference here..suck it up and wait your turn. Servers will added over time, along with free transfers. Ncsoft isnt a company full of tards...
Wait on line for over an hour? Only at the DMV and the like. For any sort of entertainment, hell no, I just go elsewhere.
When I want a single-player story, I'll play a single-player game. When I play an MMO, I want a massively multiplayer world.

hehe at least this threat didnt get deleted like mine about Aion beeing one of the worst planned releases ever.. go figure.. guess some moderator is a fanboy heheh.
I'm glad I'm waiting about a month to start playing like a normal person. I'm glad I finally learned from past experience with a few other MMO launches; this was to be expected.

I want an answer to his question above, "can you change voice and stuff, too?"
And I wonder how much it costs...
