Need some help

in Aion

So I decided to play aion to pass time till FFXIV hopefully but I don't really want to spend for the boxed version I'm downloading the client from fileplanet and when I researched I saw that you can play retail with it so I just need the key.

I found:

This will get me the CE stuff and key + digital download right?

    Nah....what costs 10 euro is to get into closed beta...and beta is over. As I understand that package will give u beta access (its over) and to the release day they will ship u the box with the game. But I could be wrong.

    all the beta are over and the game is lauching on 22th and there is not free trial yet for aion. if u wanna play u have to buy the game. if u buy it now maybe u can still get into the pre order and have 2 days headstart which is today ( but most of the server are full lol). since FFIV release is unknown ill stick to this game too.

    I know there are digital purchases but since ncsoft site is down I can't check from there.

    I know some ppl have talked about Steam. U might wanna check that out. But still its hard if u cant access account creation. Im sure u will be able to access their site in some hours. Good luck.

    since the pre-order icon is not working now i guess ull have to wait until it lauch. no more pre-order i guess. just get it on tuesday when it is release
