CE question!

I preordered a CE.. and was expecting to get headstart.. name reserve etc etc.. but i havent gotten an email or anything i missed all of it what the hell is this? and if i missed something because they expect people to follow the website psh... kinda dumb if you ask me...

 

but can anyone fill me in?

    Um, if it was the same preorder CE as I got, all that should have worked as soon as you set up your NCSoft and Aion accounts on the website with the given key.
