Is there a site that offer digital download after a payment with paybycash or IDeal?

I think they have distribution through Direct2Drive. Not sure about your payment questions though.
From what ive seen d2d doest have paybycash and IDeal as payment option.
It rly sucks you can use the forum on co website when your not a subcriber
Not sure about the payment information, but D2D would be the site.
