I just betad Guildwars and Wish and...

in Wish
Both game are roughly due out around the same time.  If this is the case why are Guildwars graphics/lag/overall movement 100x better then Wish's?.   This is not a flame...I want so much to like Wish. I love everything behind the ideas but the game play is so bad.  I know it's beta but why is Guildwars beta so much more polished?

    Guild Wars is actually only a month or two form release.  Your information is very inaccurate.  It would have been out already had they not delayed the beta.

    And Guild wars has seperate instanced zones, so you bearly interact with anyone at all and when you do it's forgotten when you log.

    MMORPG has the release dates of these 2 games as 2 weeks apart.

    I know that's what I love so much about this game but do i have to sacrifice choppy play, lag, wasd and combat system to get it?  Thanks for responding both of you :)

    I have a pretty nice comp 2...3ghz 1k ram and pro9800 video card.  The choppiness reminds so much of horizons.

    the release date for Wish isn't set in concrete yet, and it still has a few more Beta's left before completion.

    After this open Beta (2.0) is finished, the game will go back to closed Beta (2.5) followed by a second open Beta (3.0) which will hopefully be followed by final release.

    Wish has a long way to go, and already I think it has more potential than Wish.

    Really, I don't like to compare a Beta version with an almost finished game, so if you wanna compare Guild Wars with Wish, then poopoo to you ::::07::

    Ahh didn't realize that the betas were far apart.  I just saw the release dates so close together so I thought the betas had to be near the same stages for each.

    Wish is an amazing game. Why is it different from Guildwars? Um its a different game meant to be a completely different style.

    Thanks for stopping by our boards and adding your stupidity sygmas. Have fun on MxO it must be great with all the time you spend here flaming Wish instead of playing.

    Yeah, let's compare a game that's as good as finished to one that's still in early beta wich will take at least another half year to be releaded....

    If I recall correctly, many people made the same such assumptions about MXO earlier in its development. Go go hypocrisy!

    And im not in denial. If you really sat there and let me give you a rundown of MXO or better yet researched it more yourself. You'd be quite surprised. Why do I have to be in denial? You think its so quiet on the boards because no ones playing or everyone hates the game? We have one of the coolest communities in a MMO and we're just in beta.

    Some of the latest news and some good tidbits of info. I've researched Wish and played it and come to my 'observation'. You do yourself a favor and do yours. Then come to your own and I won't consider you an ignorant fool. Pz.

    Oh come on, no here is interested in MxO and if they were they would talk about it in their forums... and as
    long as mxo is in under the nda it has no purpose to defend it, because most of us aren't able to test it, and I don't believe what Game Companies say on their websites automatically.
    As far as Wish goes, the community I have seen so far was great too.

    Besides I thought Copeland and You were some of the more mature guys on this boards, so why start a childish little personal flame war like this?

    Ah, the Matrix is just a Mc Donalds style Franchise anyway

    not to mention, it's a total rip-off of about 10 different computer games/books/films
