    i havent played EQ2 yet .so i dont know who is right but reading post like firemagics and hodge12's opinions makes me more and more determined to like EQ 2 whatever the cost.

    You just hit the nail on the head. The people who are playing EQ2 awaited its release for months, years even and were determined to like it whatever the cost.

    This is the purest definition possible of the word "fanboy".


    really? wow thats news to me. i didnt know i waited for months for the game to come out. i could have sworn i didnt follow either prior to release, played both games after they came out, and made the decision on which one i liked more. wow, looks like you learn something new every day!

    Don't you think you should have at least asked instead of just making the best baseless assumption that would suit your argument?

    En1gma seems to be cracking down on personal insults, so I've reported yours to him. I assume you'll get a warning like I did (unless En1gma just has a grudge against me, but I want to believe he's too professional a moderator for that).

    I'm sorry. I meant to say "A lot of the people who are playing EQ2 awaited its release for months... etc", but I think you knew that and just jumped on the one tiny flaw in my sentence in a desperate attempt to disprove my point.

    I think everyone here pretty much understand that you hate EQ2. Why don't you let it go now?     Since you've edited this post quite dramatically since you made it I feel compelled to respond to it.

    You make it sound like all I do is post "I hate EQ2" and nothing more, and this is just false. I'm commentating on the state of one of the most anticipated games of recent years from my personal perspective and if I feel like replying to a thread to state my opinion, I will.

    If you consider my writing to be "mundane" you're entitled to your opinion, but you should realise by now that if I cared what other people think about my opinions I would have stopped posting them long ago.

    Why do you insist on coming into eq2 and starting stuff.  I know you play wow and you start stuff in that forum also.  I dont play eq2 but I follow it and may someday try it.  I did beta eq2 and it seemed to be a great game.  I play wow due to it being a bit more casual for someone like me but that is just a preference. 

    Just a thought,  how about posting questions you might have about the game and not turn it into a wow vs.  eq2 post in every response in every forum.

    I am not going to start a battle with you,  so you are welcome to dis my post or talk trash all you want because I wont feed into it. 

    Back to the original post.  I am glad it is 35 bucks now.  It might just make it where I can play both and compare,  or hell just play both.  :)
