I may be wrong, but I believe none. Anything you buy has to belong to you.
I think the only thing you can give to others are the guest passes to P2P content.
If WoW = The Beatles
and WAR = Led Zeppelin
Then LotrO = Pink Floyd
Actually, even the gust pass is bound to you. It works like casting a spell on another player, You drag it to your hotbar and click it with the free player targeted. The timer starts when they enter the quest. The low level ones are very cheep and I've given a few to players in PUGS, at least half the time they like the quests so much they bought it.
