I am forming a game.
We need 10 programmers.
Every programmer gets 6% of the game income from second month
So if we get 1 000 000$, you get 60 000$
The programming lasts only one year

Before you attempt to assemble a TEAM of Computer Programmers...
- Have you planned out the project?
- Do you have a clear concept for the direction of the project?
- Have you counted even a basic idea for the cost of the project?
Until then you aren't ready.
Oh well...

Most competant programmers will not work for free (or even promises for future money)
And by the sound of it (grammar, spelling, web-site) there is really no way you could be making money from this.

Hey.. it's good to dream.
I'm sure though that 15 or 20 top-notch mmo programmers will email him, and work for free on this project as he simply just does all the fun, creative stuff and figures out how the game will play and work. Hehe. "No those graphics need to be much better!"... "No I want my frogman mob to be taller and have fangs, you got it all wrong dude"... " "Yes I want the world to take 10 hours to run across". And his 15 or 20 devoted hard working programmers never stop until they have the next "Dark and Light" ready for release in a few weeks, woo hooo! Then this kid who thought of this game gets all the credit, and ofcourse most the money and all the fame for you know.. thinking it up and stuff.
And Microsoft or Atari would gladly just offer to sell the game for no cost. And millions of dollars would come in. The game would sooooo rock.
Man, I'm telling you, this kid has it all planned out perfectly.
Like I say... It is great to dream.
But now it's time to wake up and go to school.

that was a bit harsh...true maybe...but harsh. you will never be able to do this without first going to college, getting some kind of game design degree and working for a company that makes games and feed them your ideas. it would be a long, hard road. good luck.

Criminals can get thier money by starting of a employee of a mofo (boss)

not true. I don't mind working for free on projects that I think will be worthwhile. A few questions though. What language, are you building the game engine or using an existing free one. Just give some basics please.
On a side note to Worf, you live in OKC?? How did you like the Sooners getting owned lol. I live in OKC, but I am not at all a Sooner fan.
