Because there banning 1000's of players and I mean players that don't buy gold bot or anything. Like just random bans to people. From Families to Brothers to friends.
NCSoft Aion Online is not a bad game at all. But the mass banning of people who did not even do anything but play or some who logged on like 3 times this week is just becoming insane.
Already on Aionsource there is like a 100 threads on I got banned and a big thread of 1000+ replies.
Now calculate how many people don't use the forums or how many people did not post it. Then calculate all the threads on the aion forums.
Yup Ncsoft has decided to kill there own company.
Then after this part is resolved we can start on the so NCsoft charges us money yet I get advertisements every 15 secs post.

Who says that they are ALL innocent?
Sure I believe that some innocent people could have gotten accidently banned. But I strongly believe that plenty of the whiners not so innocent are as they say they are.
The botting is just totally out of control. I can't go anywhere on my server, without running into a train of bots.
And not just the usual afsfsd, djmXJF, sdfL farm bots... but also plenty of so called legit players (even in Legions) who are botting like mad.
People who are accidently banned for some reason will be unlocked after they file a petition. It has happened in any game where they did mass bannings of botters and cheaters.
I for once I am happy to see NCSoft actually taking some action. Something they have never done before.

I think they will fail because their support is horrible. ive been trying for months to recover my password.
Knowing NCsoft (lack of) support from other games and seeing how many bad decisions they made during Aion start I would not get my hopes high if my account in NCsoft game was banned.
IF they ever decide to fix accidental banning of innocent ppl I would expect that to take weeks or even months (if ever)

I have had a good experience with NCSoft support, or maybe it was ArenaNet. Either way I forgot my password and couldn't log into my email because it was a college email address and since I changed colleges it was closed. So I emailed support to have my GW password changed. Overnight while I slept they sent me an email asking for more info on my acount, and the next day after I game it they changed my passowrd for me and sent me an email back within 15 minutes. So some people there are doing a very good job.

we never saw gold seller or ebay seller in aion everybody is as white as snow in aion

because nobody have done anything wrong (grin)

if some feel ncsoft made a mistake they just need to write a ticket to ncsoft
and ncsoft will verify
but i doubt many will ticket ,because most know they were wrong lol

Thank you both. I thought that I was the only one still feeling appalled by these basic grammar mistakes. Given the fact the OP is unfortunately not an isolated case in the forum, it makes me wonder if grammar is still taught in schools across North-America.
Maybe English might not be the OP's first language. There are after all games from outside the United States of America...
That being said, I'm glad to see that NCSoft is at least doing something to make sure that Aion does not become another Lineage 2. That was the initial reason why I was reluctant to try Aion, because I didn't want to try and enjoy something, only to find out that it's going to be ruined by botters. In fact, if this carries on, I might decide to suscribe to Aion one of these days. After I get bored with EVE Online and Guild Wars, that is.

What's happening is, guy A buy's gold from gold farmer's. Guy A then buy's item on the broker from Guy B, someone who is innocent and legit. NcSoft comes in ban's Guy A and Guy B, and the gold seller. Poor Guy B get's caught in crossfire, while doing nothing wrong... he can't prevent the goldbuying douchebag from buying his item.
But apparently NcSoft ban's everyone who touched goldseller money... if they are legit or a cheater. Then legit player's were getting banned by sending items to their alt's through the mail. Then to top this off, NcSoft wasn't giving a reason on why they were banned. Then if you sorted it out with NcSoft, and get unbanned. They send you message stating... if you account get's another warning... you will be perma banned forever. OH BOY!!!!!!!!
So if they go all renegade on everyone again, and they bann you a second time for doing nothing.... your shit out of luck. It is nice to see NcSoft care so much about it's player's. Like how their crap CS ran Lineage 2, but hey atleast their trying in Aion.. even they take down a bunch of legit players in the process. Sad i like Aion, but that whole incident was truely pathetic on NcSoft's part. They acted like they never banned goldfarmer's before..... oh wait, before Aion they haven't lol.

These are not simple misspellings which can happen to anyone, but huge grammar mistakes, in the same vein as Its /It's, too/to, where/were, all mistakes which can be found even at university level.

NCSoft have a less than great customer service in the west, yet in the east they are very highly ranked on customer service, so much so that to play Lineage on the eastern srvers was an entirely different experience to playing on the west, or so the story goes.
Makes me think Aion is suffering in the same way.
At least they are actively attacking the problem, & judging by the sheer overwhelming scale of the bot/goldsellers there are bound to be many caught in the crossfire, but would you rather let the botters have free reign?
your right in asia l2 is still very big ,in n.am. its very low pop ,we stay in a game till end of beta then move on

I think spelling errors (which is really what we are talking about, not grammar) is not something that non-english speakers have a problem with. People that are trying to speak a foreign language use the wrong word or put words in wrong order, but they dont normally spell them wrong. Bad spelling is normally a native speaker that doesnt give a crap.
I wouldn't play any NCSoft MMO save for Guild Wars simply because of the hands off approach of their GMs. You should have seen the garbage the GMs let people get away with in L2. THEY are why I quit. That's while I'll never touch Aion.

I daresay that you're probably right, because I have to admit that I am not very experienced in this area, especially since English is unofficially my first language (even though it should be Chinese). But I really cannot say how I actually learnt English though, it's just something I picked up from the people around me.

Yes, that does make sense, because native speakers would tend to spell phonetically, and if they don't bother to check with a dictionary, they could make quite a lot of spelling errors. This is especially so for me, because spelling is not one of my strong points, which is why I tend to google words that I am unsure of, so that I do not embarrass myself in front of other people. But I do wish more native speakers would actually bother to make sure that they don't mis-spell words. It would be quite embarrassing if non-native speakers of English type better than native speakers of English.

Sigh, I don't understand why people even play AION. I played the open beta and it was one of the worst MMORPGs I ever played. It's like if you took WoW and made it even more newbie/carebear friendly, and took out all of the endgame PvE content.
Why anyone would buy an NCSoft product is mind boggling. Guildwars, Tabula Rasa, Lineage are all massive failures of games. Now they make AION and you expect something different?
Ban more people NCSoft, then they will think about how bad their MMORPG is compared to other ones. (And no I don't play WoW or any MMORPG currently because they all suck.)

I played good MMORPGs like Everquest, and have been disappointed ever since
