Since EQ2 relies heavily on DirectX 9 I'm guessing a port will be difficult and not high on SOE's list of things to do. The game is apparently unplayable using Codega which is sad. World of warcraft seems to have full suport for Linux through Codega as does Halflife 2.
glad i use windows...and dont have any problem with it. never even seen linux (or even know what codega is...).
