Why isn't Diablo 3 included in the game list?

I see many lobby type games in the game list, such as; Rakion, Gunbound International, Exteel.

I could probably also find more in that list if I took a closer look.

I'm not sure as to why there is an exclusion of Diablo 3 from these list, it isn't really an MMO, but going with those rules, neither is Rakion, Exteel or any of those game. They all have you login to a "lobby" where you are able to see game people have created, that may include up to 8, 12 or 16 players. However, many of these games do not even have mobs, and most of the time no item drops off players, it is all lobby based, where you accumulate game cash through counterstrike style PvP and purchase items in the game shop.

I fail to understand how in any way based on allowing these games that Diablo 3 should not also be included.

Please, discuss, prove me wrong.

    You're probably right on the other games, not on adding D3.

    We're human, I freely admit there are likely games on the list that do not belong.

    We have removed Exteel and Gunbound... Hard to find much info on Rakion, but we'll look into it further.

    I doubt many people would mind if mmorpg.com covered diablo III, as long as its obvious that its not a massive game.  I know many people here are interested in Diablo III and wouldnt mind the news about it.  Sometimes pushing boundries is a good thing :-)  I guess there are probably a lot of games like Diablo III though and mmorpg.com cant cover them all.

    For now, we're focusing on MMOs. That said, given D3 is from a company we talk to regularly, news will come up. I imagine if we're at BlizzCon next year we're not exactly going to ignore it (or SC3). It just isn't the focus.

    Same logic that gets Dragon Age some coverage here, if not inclusion on the list.

    Other games that you might wanna see if they really belong here are: war rock, top speed, tales runner, warrior epic, beyond protocol, splash fighters, drift city, project powder, parabellum, saga, rumble fighter, gogo racer and rakion. If you want i could go through the list more thoroughly and find all the games but ye that might take me a bit of time.
