G13 will not work

I cannot get my G13 to work, I set the profile for the updater exe and frontend.exe and also the shortcut on my desktop. I have read some people have gotten theirs to work, I am not sure what to do. I didn't download from steam, I am using the trial key. I really want to play this game, but not using the G13 is a deal breaker.

I have used it fine with other games, including games the G13 doesn't have known profiles for on my PC like AION and Champions Online. The game doesn't recognize it, I cannot even create macros in game, and my preset keybindings don't even work. I only tried selecting the shortcut as the executable because I already tried frontend.exe and the updater. This is getting frustrating because I seems like everything should be fine. If I alt-tab out of the game all my bindings work, but in the game...nothing.
Tip:
Turn OFF UAC [user account control] completely, assuming you are using Vista or Win7 , if you do, it is most likely UAC.
Especially if you can alt-tab into notepad and it works, and then back in game no key works...UAC..turn it off, it's blocking the keystrokes.
In Windows 7 you find it -> control panel -> system and security -> action center -> change user account controls settings, put the slider all the way to the bottom.
I'm sure there's a place where you can add it as an exception, or do a "run as administrator" [the G13 control panel] , but try the UAC thing first and see.
Anyway, long stort short: I have a G13, and playing Fallen Earth just fine with it, worked in Vista and now Win7. But i had the same problems with Win7 and UAC blocking the G13 in FE.
Also i'm using my own custom profile linked to the frontend.exe
All you have to do is run the G15 profiler software as administrator by right clicking and choosing to do so. Fixed.
