Hello All.
I'm starting College in January and I'm looking to purchase a laptop. I currently play EVE Online and have no plans on retiring soon. Now to get on the same page... I'm a desktop guy, I have quite an extensive knowledge when it comes to desktop tech, but no so much laptop. I'm looking to spend around $700-$1000 CAN. I'm pretty set on Asus and hear they have good laptops.
Can anyone recommend a decent laptop that can run EVE Online in the listed price range ? (btw looking for 15.4")

Yea Asus laptops are really cost effective. This one looks perfect but it's about $1050 CAD. There seems to be a smaller selection lately but if you want a little cheaper this MSI looks good too:

Look at my signature, you can get it at a bit higher than what you want to pay but, worth every penny and no games gave it probs yet. Playing LOTRO with everything maxed out, EVERYTHING and the lowest FPS I got was 45.
They have them at Future shop.
