In other games, I've seen systems below minimum requirements run perfectly, while systems well above min reqs will be choppy and unplayable. It seems to depend on the computer, on an almost case by case basis.
My best guess is that it will run, but maybe not on the highest settings. But if you are lucky you will fit into the above scenario.

my system ran guild wars fine until i put in my 32MB card. The only thing that changed the game was the look of the characters. They looked like they are wrapped in tin foil.

all games over estamate what u need to run them. i ran games on old comp that said needed 256 ram and i had 128 and so on ...

I actually ran guild wars perfectly using a Geforce 2mx which is below the min requirements.
