    How/When will they do a redraw? It's currently 5 after 9pm EST according to my clock, so they should be doing a redraw on two tickets.

    Aren't all winners forced to abide to the NDA, which forbids you to rid any information about the testing, including your own status as a tester, unless given permission by somebody authorized to do so...?

    I hope you are, because then you guys will get kicked and there will be some spots left for ME!  :D

    It seems that GamerGod.com did the same thing, and I'm guessing that mmhell will do the same.  Really stragne, really stupid in fact.  It doesn't seem very well thought through, giving out the names of people who will later be enforced by law to deny their presence in the beta or get sued image

    In CoH you could say you were in beta, but it was frowned upon and considered rude. Perhaps the same holds true for DnL?

    I have not read the NDA. Does it say that you can't even admit to being in beta?

    HAs anyone that won the Beta actually signed DnL's NDA and is saying you have won the contest the same as saying you are a beta tester?

    Hehe, it's all in how you word it I guess, a bit like saying, "Define: Is." An actual defense used by an American President around 1998 I believe. image
