If the trial set up is any indication..
This game must be full of bugs. So i spend 7 hours downloading the trial. The first problem was the key they sent. The sign up kept telling me it was invalid so i had to have another sent which finally worked. So i'm otw right? nope.. 2nd problem i had is when patching. "downloading from emergency server failed, patching is aborted.. Error patch files failed - checking." so i figure ok i'll just cruise on over for some support. First i try e-mail support. Enter your Forum login .. ok well why not your game login.. nm i'll just sign up for forums while i'm at it.. sorry forums are inaccessible.. ok so maybe i wont sign up for the forums.. well then lets try the chat help.. Sorry this program is only for registered users.. hmm though i was registered? So here i sit. wondering why i should bother continuing when they cant even get a simple setup to work. I've never had any issues setting up EQ, EQ2, SWG, Eve-online, Project entropia, Wish beta, MxO beta or any other game i've ever played.. Seems like a big headache for a company that must really not want my business since they cant bother to have support areas open to free trials. In short i guess i'll remove the game. Hope you guys have a better experience.

Doing the trial too but for me it has been a positive experiance thus far. Played this game in beta so was expecting things to be a bit more problematic .. but .. no problems so far
....even the torrent download was very quick
If you chose the express tiral(no CC needed) option then that would be the reason for no access to forums and support .. basically, I think, that its a "bare-bones" trial of sorts. ie. get the game and can try it but that is as far as they will go.
Now if you choose the trial that requires the CC to be entered .. then you get forum access and, with that login, access to CS.
Anyway...
Bummer that you could not get this going, the North American server could probably use a few more people on it.

Only thing I could recomend is the obvious, check if there is enough HD space and make sure that the patch server is not getting blocked somehow.
Other then that, not sure what could be stopping it form getting through
heh yeah i have 100+ gigs free. I managed to find an e-mail address in one of the several e-mails they sent me. if they dont respond i guess i'll just uninstall it and go buy WoW.

ok i figured out what the issue was.. i'm in now. Looks like this game is very underrated. The graphics are nice and the play style is smooth. definately better than eq2 so far... well maybe i'm just tired of norrath.
