Yeah, I recieved same e-mail and got same problem here woth already existing account on FoM portal with SAME e-mail adress.
I've sent a support ticket at FoM portal, but they don't seem to processin it. So all I can do now is wait. For e-mail from Duplex Systems, or for reply from Customers Support on FoM portal.
Anyway, I don't panic here. January 28th is far-far away, so don't worry, we all will start playing long before open beta starts.
Gahhhhhh!!! I can't take this waiting much longer. I really want to play the game. I am starting to think they are doing this just to torture us. I haven't even touched my other games, because I dont want to miss my chance to jump on immediately.
Looks by the time they send out the beat account we won, FOM will be in open testing anyways. Was registered on FOM portal along time ago and have yet to recieve any mail from them, or anything telling me that I have been invited to the beta.
I am excited and yet dissapointed, this is very poorly run closed beta contest. Strike one against FOM for no customer service.
common everybody send a mail on there support . I PM an admin on the forum on 17:02 i see that he has read my question at 17:30, he is still logged but i recieve no reply too bad
yeah I've their CS a note however I have also noticed that my note isn't even being qued.
(ie I don't see what number I have thus I doubt it will even ever get processed unless they go through that manually haha...dunno...just weird to have a que system and then not mention what you are in it)
Anyways it's now 8pm there...I seriously doubt we'll hear anything from them today...I hope I hope I get something tomorrow morning first thing though.

Althought i'm presuming that because my ID = 180 hehe, yet my que is blank...your que number should change after some time...that's what the refresh list button is for. (if everything would work normally hehe)
But yeah nothing for today. I just hope there's a download instruction waiting for me in my mailbox tomorrow at 8am so that when I come back later i'll have the game completely downloaded hehe.

Hi, I am also one waiting for the Download Info. Same problem, same dilemma. The big question is... Was there even a point for having a 3rd FoM Beta Contest on MMORPG? If those winners have to wait as long as we had to...
Another question, was the contest for Closed Beta? Or just a guaranteed spot in Open Beta? It seems to be the latter right about now. I just hope other contests in the future don't offer this "experience" of being a winning loser. Poor support on Duplexs part. =
Okay from the info that I could gather was that the bottle neck lies not at Duplex..for them it's an easy procedure to invite the winning beta accounts. The thing is they haven't received a winners list yet so now we'll just have to wait on mmorpg.com to send that out and we'll be set to go.
lol well the beta give away week 3 was for closed too. :P

I think we're in beta to stress test the downloading of the client for when it goes to open beta download. :P
