Are there any MMORPG's out there that are like DAoC?

I've played many MMORPGS. Including WoW. No MMORPG has ever sucked me into the storyline as well as DAoC. Are there any MMORPG's coming out that are going to be like DAoC? I hear Mourning will be like it.
P.S. - Any DAoC fan will know DAoC was great back before ToA etc. ruined it. That's why I can't go back.

ummm, DAoC is alot like DAoC. But thats just my opinion on that. Hmm, have been playing it since about 2 months after launch and I don't recall my gaming experience getting ruined with ToA.

Its still in its development phase, I believe.
This part has me both worried and intrigued:
"Permanent Death:

Should misfortune befall too often, that link will be lost, and the character's soul will depart... forever. With this daunting thought comes the trade off that only permanent death can offer in the form of a barrier against high level character stagnation and economical bloat."

Trials of Atlantis, second expansion that came out for DAoC. It was a very contraversial addition to the game.
