you don't hafta actually enter this, right? You just kinda... exist and you're in?
A total of 27 prizes with a combined total value of $9,097.05
For a company that is bringing in ~2 Billion a year seems kinda cheap. (Yes I know that is not all profit)
On the flip side, it is costing me nothing. So... Thanks Blizzard!
gg, looks like the european players aren't eligible
Pi*1337/100 = 42
Wish they'd just hand out in-game vet rewards to everyone based on account age like UO did (does?). 27 players out of 5 million (US/NA) seems fairly pathetic.
But everyone will get a pet on the 23rd!
It is sad, very sad and the fact that us European players are not even in the running or have something else for us, nope we are just not good enough. They are happy to take money from the player base as a whole, but give next to nothing back, that is sad and shows how they reward players continued loyalty, they have proven with this that they are just profit whores and nothing more.
aye US playerbase only. Still, i have just had a 6mth month break from the game and will be re-enabling my wow account to see what (if anything at all) has changed during these past 6mths.
Ive been to and played Lotro, but at lvl 60 the game takes a complete nosedive. it has nothing at all, you must find a full 6 man group to do anything and again they have to be of the right class's, last 3 mths of my time was 2 mths LFG'ing (oh sorry they dont respond to that you have to say LFF), hardly finding a group at all (left me bored and just do anything soloable (carnt do lower instances as, yep you got it, you require a full 6 man group to do the lowliest instance in game).
That left being sat around bored and killing teh same mob type for a deed (but some carnt be done as they required a grp to do them with LOL) the last month i just didnt even bother logging into it (guess you can say completly bored out my ass of it).
Thats my last 6 mths anyway, so now i am going to return to WoW and hope it is not the same thing i was doing there before leaving and getting LOTRO-(note the game is good and interesting untill you hit lvl 50 then it starts going downhill, lvl 55 starts goign down fast and level 60 as i said it nosedives).
WoW before i left i was logging in, doing dailies, logging out till following day, rinse and repeat (its pretty much whats stopping me really from re-subscribing) else i would have done so a week or so back, hmmm, now that i have said that bit i am again having second thoughts. I dont wanna be bored and paying for it, when i can be bored and not pay for it. Has anythign actually changed in the past 6 mths in warcraft or is it just as stagnant and nothign to do (dont go saying rep grind, the only ones i have are the raid ones to get on 2 characters and nobody raids the old instances no more) also dont say do the achievements because nobody can be assed doing those either and i still had plenty of stuff to go for in that. I may just shun the server (balnazzar EU) and start a hordie on a dif server and see if people can be assed there or not.
