Hello, Questions about european version.

Hello,

I used to play city of heroes for awhile, but stopped playing some time ago.
Now I would like to give the game another try, but this time with the european server, since it would be alot better for my timezone :)

Question: Will it be possible to play on european server with thee US version that I already have?
I would guess not, but it's better to ask :)

Question: Will CoV be released at the same time for the US and EU versions? Otherwise, would that mean that we would probably have to wait half a year to get CoV?

Question: I couldn't find a release date for CoV, not even an estimate month or quarter, anyone who's heard anything?
