I used to play AC2 and the population was low. Just wondering how it is now. I thought the game was ok but just had some minor issues. Any thoughts

it is still low, because.... well..... erm...... seemingly not many people likes the game, i know i surely didn't. Tried it in beta, returned later on with the free trial, but i could not remain there.
The sad part is i cannot even point much to what i did not like.... the whole experience was ... lacking. in excitement and fun mostly. mah!

i loved AC2 but the popluation was really low and was kinda hard to find groups

Yea, I tried 2 trials and i oculdnt quite put my finger on what I didnt like. I know the main reason I couldnt play for long was the lack of people. I always had questions, but nobody was there to amswer. The graphics were nice and the combat system seemed solid. The characters kinda ran funny though. But then again, they do in most MMORPG's lol.

It seems like I'm always saying the same thing with AC2...
It's a decent game, not the best. If you played within the last 6 months I don't think anything has changed enough to make you want to come back. If you are bored of everything else, there have been some improvements such as vendors and this month better performance and a UI update.
I also agree the animations are a bit wierd. AC1 I think has more solid and normal looking animations. Sadly, that isn't the only thing AC1 holds over AC2. Houses, players, variaty. About the only thing AC2 has is mounts, superior graphics and a decent crafting system though I wouldn't even say the crafting is a ton better than AC1.
