What makes you stick in the game you are currently playing?

I am currently playing Atlantica Online, I’ve been playing for almost a month and so far I’ve reached level 89 (level cap is 130). I’ve leveled up in a faster rate because of the 200% Exp mod they are having for 5 days and I am very with that.
Let’s go to the topic, what makes you stick in the game you are currently playing? For me, it is because of the uniqueness of the game. Atlantica Online is a turn based strategy game in which you can have a party up to 9 characters including your main one. This is the first game that I played in which you have to REALLY give some effort when it comes to battle tactics because you can’t just WIN over a fight just by doing some normal attacks, you have to plan every move you play, just like the board game chess? If you don’t plan your moves then check mate!
I also like the graphics of the game although the Armor sets are just simple not like in other games which you can see very outstanding Armor designs (My favorite Armor designs is in the game called Rohan, Very outstanding) anyway, the game graphics is above average.
The game also has an everyday competition and happens every 3 hours and they call it Free League. Free league is my favorite and one of the main reasons on why I stick on this game because Free League is PVP in which you battle players who are in the same division as you are. At first you will just battle a Doppelganger, same level as yours but different characters and as you rise up the ranks you can battle the best of the best and the rewards are very fruitful when you win because it could really help you a lot especially if you don’t have any money. Win or Lose you earn money so I often join the Free League.
So that’s about it, How about you? What game are you playing and what makes you stick on that game?

I am curently playing the Guild Wars series and finding that it is a great game for starter players like me.
The game allows me to go at my own pace and to play the way I want to and when I have the time to. It also allows me to have fun in joining groups that are not just looking for PvP teamates, not that I hate PvP It's just not what I'm interested in right now. I have found that most of the the groups can be quite helpful and friendly to Noobie's like me and that is a plus.
The game does have it's share of problems, but I also know that you get that from any game you play depending on the system and connection you use. And to be honest I am a little bias because it's my first try at online gamming, and yes for me the F2P helped me to choose it over alot of other titles on the market. Recently I was able to participate in a Holloween contest that quite fun for me because I did'nt need to do it alone if nobody I knew was there to help me.
I resently baught the available game packs for Guild Wars, and found that it was a real treat to see that they added new areas, and better items to the game instead of making me choose which of the 4 games to play. I am really looking forward to the release of Guild Wars2 this next year to see what new depth ot will add to my gamming experiece.
As for gameplay I have heard people say "You are only grinding for cash in the game." well I don't mind that because you are still playing the game and earning levels, and in some cases meeting new people to play with you or only to just chat about the game and hopefully give you that extra little hint that just might get you through some difficult area that they have already had to deal with. That's what really makes me stay with the game the community.
