Ok, so which is better, level 60 wise? A gnome with lots of mana but less regen, or undead with less mana but more regen? Or does it just even itself out?
I know if you look here and then at level 54 for both theres only a difference of 180 mana. So does mana cap out at 3000 for everyone? Which undead would reach and have better regen? Or do gnomes get more then 3000 mana? I also noticed that at that level theres a difference of only 5 in spirit but 11 in intell. Makes me think that if they get the same mana at the end, with only slightly difference in spirit, then intelligence should be the deciding factor which would be better. So gnome?

Ya but I'm noticing the differences are small, I mean, how much better is the regen of undead compared to gnomes. Are there any ingame stats that tell you how much mana is recovered over a minute?
The differences between races are so small that they become insignificant, especially at lvl60. BTW, having "better" siuted race won't help a bit if you just suck and rely only on a little mana difference. The differences are so tiny by design, so newbs will always be newbs no matter what race they choose.
I would go with undead, because that immune to fear, sleep, and charm spell may be the only real useful racial ability in the game.

Is fear, sleep and charm something npcs use, or just in pvp?
So I guess the differences are so small it evens itselfs out.
Undead immunity to fear, etc. may more useful for other classes, but duel between mage and warlock isn't won by use of fear, mages usually have an edge against warlocks anyway. If you want to go by racial abilities, gnomes have anti-root ability and trolls have faster casting, more or less useful against certain classes. So in the end no race have great advantage, especially in case of mages.
The reason I asked about the pvp was because I'm not interested in it, and was wondering if those benefits were any good for npcs. As in do npcs cast fear, sleep and charm?
And could someone confirm if mana pools max at 3000? What about heal for that matter.
