  It is possible, but I get the impression from their site they may vary the places that will offer keys.  Note the fourth point.  It leaves a bit of question as to who will offer keys for each weekend.

  There are four ways that you can obtain an invitation to participate in the Beta Weekend Events:

  
  

  • When you place a preorder for Guild Wars through your local or online retailer, you will receive a key that allows you to participate in every Beta Weekend Event until release.
     
    
  • If you have a friend who preordered Guild Wars, he or she can share a one-weekend key with you.
     
    
  • You may be able to obtain a one-weekend key through one of our various publication partners. (See the list here), which we will update as new information becomes available.)
     
    
  • A one-weekend key may be offered through a specific gaming website or through Guild Wars fansites; details are updated frequently on the www.guildwars.com site

  FP probably won't give again keys, buy maybe Arena.net will allow the Januar BWE's players to play again in February BWE, like they did in December...

  Yeah, but those are not so easy to get for every1, especially outside the US

  I do hope the release of the final game will be at the same time for the whole world. Maybe sell the final game (keys) a week before the release like with half-life 2 kinda.  Every1 in the whole world will then be able to start at the same time, which is the most fair way of releasing it i guess

  I hope the game goes live at the same time as well. I'd hate to be twiddling my thumbs while the rest of the world enjoys the game and gets a head start.
