The entire game (excepting Monster Play, which is a separate login) is PvE.... Landroval's an RP server. No there isn't a PVP server, as that doesn't exist in the game at all. I mean, the SA forums has their guild on Silverlode, so if you consider harassment of other players (verbally mostly) PVP then that one
-Sorry but there are no PvP servers in LOTRO m8, you can play pvp in ettendeeps on all servers same.
I understand that but usually in every game there is a server that the PvP community drifts to.
There is no real PVP Community in LOTRO. There are some players who participate in PvMP and some who don't, this remains consistent from server to server. With no one server having any dramatically larger presence of PvP Players than another.
PvP was never designed to be in LOTRO at all, it was more of a side project thrown in later on to satisy those people who just could not do without any form of PvP.
PVMP is the result and it exist in only 1 area of the game called the Ettenmoors. There you can either bring your normal level 60 character (50 if you want to die) or make a Monster Player character and battle it out. Monster play characters can be made from the character select screen as soon as you hit level 10 on a normal player character.
Due to this most people just pick the server they wish to play on and make their PvE characters there, then find the most active PvP server, level a character up to 10 (only takes maybe 30 mins) and then make all their Monster Play characters on that server.

I would doubt that, the PvP in LotRO is very limited.

However, if you are a Burglar, it is pretty damn entertaining
I've had hours and hours of fun just stalking the moors, looking for someone to shiv in the back!
