I guess those are not infra-red LED's then. Would look kinda silly walking around in the dark with a giant super bright array of LED's shining so you could see. Like Hatter said, just a glorified flash light.

In all fairness some cameras that are equipped with nightshot would show the L.E.D.s as though they were regular lights, but not sure about that pic as it looks like the rest of the room is well lit. My guess would be that they are the same "nightvision" goggles you can get at Toys-R-Us for $50. As seen here!

Ummm.... that's not night vision. That's flashlight goggles.
The Camera shouldn't be able to take a picture of the infared lights being on. :-/
