How do I work this? Iam having trouble in World PvP, when iam trying to heal my ally. Since I always need RF, yet I have to Channel it or Fight.
Another Problem Iam having is, how should the PvP Fighting rotation go, if I am in need of fighting to heal?
Is the Warrior Priest, known to be a lower ranked healer then the other classes?
Any other tips (other then Reroll {cause I have played a Pally through TBC of WoW, iam sure a class cant more gimped then a Paladin in TBC for both PvE and PvP})
So I think I can handle it, even if word in the community is the WP, is one of the gimped classes.

Equip off-hand instead of the 2handed weapon, spec correctly and profit
Well played WP is the best RvR healer in the game but I guess it will take some time to get the WoW out of your system so be patient and try to play with the team you have.
For specs and more specific class questions I would go here: www.warhammeralliance.com/forums/forumdisplay.php
Warrior Priest = win
It's gonna take time to get use to it, but play it enough.. get good at it. You'll be a beast healer on the RvR field.. just you have to know when to channel and become a healbot, or smash destro in the face and heal... to keep that RF coming in.
Plus better book's to hold off hand will get better, and they give you RF tick's. Plus if you haven't added any addon's or don't know about squared... that's a great add on for any healer.
Also how do I toggle tab my Ally targets in this game? Iam having trouble targeting Ally in the PvP areas when everybody is moving around.
I notice that Some people I can see their HP bars from anywere on the field, while others, I can only see their bar from up close. Why is this? This makes target healing a bit harder as well. I assume they arent in my WB or something like that.
You can go to option's, and there you can bind a key to target nearest ally... and they have another option to cycle through them as well (Default is something stupid like Ctrl + N for example). You can always go to www.curse.com , and download their add-on installer for the game, and get Squared.. it makes healing alot better in this game, especially when your in a Warband.
Theres a option to always show ally health bar's as well... above their head's.
Your best way to regain RF is the area strike you have . Its 45 RF+ 15 every target hit . Just remember you actually need to hit at least 1 target to regain RF. Channel only when no enemy is close nearby and your group is at good health. 2 Groupheals , 1 AreaStrike , repeat
The priority of what you can do in combat is always predefined by the items you wear and your mastery, nothing you can change in combat actually (well you can try to fight in healer gear/skills but you would suck hehe)
Warrior priests are not lower ranked they are just different . you cant outheal focus damage, but you can heal all of your group pretty well . Imho Focushealer AND Grouphealer are a must for every group.
Be sure to get a addon like squared or healgrid , much easier to handle as standard interface . TargetRing and Group Icons helps also to find your teammates easier
