Its the best MMO beta I've been a part off and i have played virtually every single MMO game out there, being CB or OBT. So far ive only played till level 19 but its awesome and i don't know why its f2p. This game could survive the p2p wave.
Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe.
The developers are from Russia. Russia is a part of the Asian continent. While it has a unique graphic style it still plays like what is known as a typical Asian MMO. Quests are level limited. The grind begins at about level 8 when you start to run out of quests you can do half way through level 8. All quests you get when you become level 9 are stated to be level 10 quests in their descriptions.
WRONG. your either playing it wrong or your just bad at gaming. I've been playing the EU CBT and im yet to grind at lvl 19. You do know you can leave the town, right? (lol) .. You can get to lvl 9½ just doing the quests in town...

i've only heard subpar/bad things about this so no, i don't think it will be the first AAA quality FTP MMO...especially considered DDO online is FTP...
MMO wish list:
-Changeable worlds
-Solid non level based game
-Sharks with lasers attached to their heads

The sole fact that i have played till level 19 gives me a *little* more credit than you. Also, the fact that you can't get to level 9-10 without grind shows your doing something wrong.

You are simply wrong about that. The russian empire evolved from west to east and has it#s origins in the european culture. To claim that russia is asian is like saying belgium is african because they once owned kongo.
I have had no problem reaching level ten through straight quests... So I tend to lean more towards the OP and not the blue kitten guy..
The people who post in these forums for the most part will NEVER EVER simply state that a game can be good.. They will bitch and moan about every little thing making them appear like they know what they are talking about.. You can probley just assume that if you see a flame about anything in these forums it's another forum regular trying to act like he/she is an "elite" forum member..

Ever look at a globe? For one thing, there is more Russia in Asia than Europe...
For another, while the Rus and the elite ruling class of Russia were all descendant from Vikings/Germanics, there has always been contact with Tartars and other Asian peoples meaning there has always been an Asiatic "flavor" to Russian culture that even the most Eastern European countries lacked...

This is accurate. Apparently the poster who thinks otherwise, didn't do too well in geography or European history. Ask any Russian and they will tell you they're European, not Asian. Russia has never been considered an Asian country.

Actually, they'd say they're Slavic. Because, you know, that's their ethnic and cultural background. SLAVS, which are generally considered to be a diverse ethnic group similar to Western Europeans and Asians.
Cash shop =/= AAA quality.
Graphics look a little to bright and WoWish for me, but that is purely a matter of personal taste. I'm sure others will find them very pleasing.
I like the look of SWTOR, and many have stated they hate those graphics.
