Dark age of Camelot is one of the best games that has been made.

Type Seed Game into your search engine. Go to the game's website and learn about it. It may be the best game you've continued to ignore.

Had a hard time picking between DAoC and EVE, but DAoC got old really fast for me, I never even got a level 50 character. Searching for groups was so tedious, and soloing was impossible unless you were a Necromancer. I still have fond memories of my Reaver though... and Downtime was pretty bad too.

EVE was just so different, yet I couldn't stop playing. The treadmill was gone, there was no downtime, and the community was great! Everyone was willing to help you out with a quest or answer your questions. Unfortunately, this is only experience from a 15-day trial, I've been considering starting up again. Such great satisfaction, very open ended, many ways to make your fortune. And from what I hear, the PvP is amazing!

Edit: Great petition Dark, Viva la NFL/ESPN 2k series!!!

Neverwinter nights, suprisingly, has kept my attention for nearly 3 years now, the longest I've ever played a MMO straight. Goes to show that players make better games than developers, eh?

Lineage 2 I think was best, although the grind time was bad but everything in the end, if you worked hard will come back to you. Playing World of Warcraft though I think it is a nice game.

Would Neverwinter Nights even count?  Sure you can play it online, but is it really massivly multiplayer?  Are there hunderds if not thousands on playing in the same world/server?  Maybe it has changed, but I do not remember it beaing that way.
