How big are the patches.

in City of Heroes

I want to know how big are the patches to CoH, I was thinking about picking it up but not if the patches are to big meaning not bigger then 15megs.

    They are strongly compressed and end up being around 70mb before decompression

    it wouldnt be much of an update if it was only 15 mb... the updates that come free with CoH bring a ton of new features
