  Gabriel is a GM working in WoW, you can go check the banning story if you care to check either(unsure which) in General or WoW forum, it was clearly there with full story.

   

  GM was from Bnet era and cross over to WoW if I understand well.

   

  The first might be a little against EQ2, but the second is clearly against WoW, and not a little.
