Another Server Merge

There was another server merge on the 12th November, why they keep adding new servers only to merge them again I'll never know. If you have a toon I'd advise you to transfer it to one of the new servers even if you are not currently playing to avoid any loses. Some players who did not transfer their toons in the previous merge for a long period of time lost their toons.

I have no idea tbh, the only thing I can suggest is sending them an email from the website quoting your account name/ characters and what servers they where on.

I'm not to sure if they even mail out warnings to players which is pretty sucky really

Yeah I 'm a lil confused as well. My toon seems to be gone so I started a new one. The e-mail on their offical website also dosen't seem to work.. hmm i'll try from my hotmail.....

I think you may have to be logged in to use the web site mail. Basically their website is unbelievably shit. Who ever built it needs shooting.

Yeah the e-mail from my hotmail account bounced back as well.

We will just have to try signing in and e-mailing from my new account 8(

I'm on the first server too, it's often the most populated. I'm playing Acc though I've not had much time to login over the past few weeks

OMG

I lost every thing i had almost 300 mil in rare ore and empty boxes i was close to the elemental box and now its all gone
