Coming back to DAoC

Now i know all of you dont know me, because im new to these forums, i have read about the plans for DAoC and the changes about server types and changes geared more towards casual players, and with Catacombs out, (too many commas) I feel like i am missing out on a whole lot.  (More than you would think).  I had quit playing DAoC right when i got to lvl 20..  So i have missed out on the very essence of DAoC.  Another odd thing is i quit it for SWG.. what a waste.  I then went to WoW, and i have found myself bored of that game (although the game is really good and everyone should try it, but it isnt for me i guess).  And i was wondering..  Anyone here who plays Catacombs know if the Heretic is a good class? If not, then could you recommend one? (I quit right before ToA came out).

Thanks in advanced.

    Welcome Back.

I do not know about the Heratic.  There are cries for the Warlock to be nerfed so that might be a good class.  I would personally recomend a vampiir.  They are easy to solo and are group friendly.  They are very self-sufficient.

I am sorry you played SWG.  I disliked SoE before, but once they made dancing wookies it turned to utter hate.

heretic isnt bad fun class was playing it to lvl 36 but its like combat support atlest with my spec.

vampiirs got no downtimes in pve allways buffed and fight-hungryimage you can get power only by hiting something otherways your losing power and he dont have parry or evade only in form of buffs so in RvR if you find him without buffs well8 times out of 10 heas dead.

warlocimage (dam that hurts) atlest in RvR didnt play him in Pve much hes spells like runaway trainimage but cost alot of power and time to cast.

ATM im creatimg banshii and loving it fun class

P.S. sorry english isnt my home language.image
