I cant reactivate my account

I've tried 4 different credit cards, each one says that it cannot be processed. I'm also getting a weird charge for 60 days that i've never made, and is anyone else having these problems?

    I think i would be calling them,  here's their contact information:

     

    By Phone: (800) 59-BLIZZARD (800-592-5499) to speak to a live representative, 9AM to 6PM Pacific Time, Mon-Fri, except holidays. Australian users should please use (800) 041-378. NOTE: Hours may be extended due to peak workloads.
    European users should contact their dedicated support department directly by going to the European site at http://en.wow-europe.com. Our North American team will be unable to assist with billing or account issues for the European release of World of Warcraft.
