Here is my first impression on Issue 3.
- They reduce the soloing pie!!! *cry endlessly* (AVs and Monsters now regen to much for a soloer, which is plainly lame since there is some AVs and monsters in the earning of accolades and in completeling the story arc(they are solo centered, so they should be done soloing), which is part of solo uberness) The solution to the problem could be very simple however, all they have to do is increase the damage of soloing heros on AVs, Monsters and the like to compensate the regen. A hero all by himself is indeed a true hero and it would be easy to say they muster and find the extra ressources, as long as you are purely solo and not hiding behind anyone else, get an extra damage, sound fair to me! Weaklings that always hide in groups dont deserve this while they are hiding!
- The peacebringer is a twink in itself, no idea for warshade. Let me explain easily, at level 6 you pick : Bright Nova, you are then an awesome blaster with nice endurance regen, 2 AoE attacks including 1 with knockbacks, nasty nukes...TWINKAGE! I mean, a regular blaster may be equivalent by the level 18 or 26, I aint sure, so we see the massive XP earning. With blasters damage and scrappers hps, you can solo just fine despite the solo flaws, at least in the low levels. The only down side to a form is you cant use any other power, yet, until like level 30, you really dont need anything else to level fast, respect at such a point.
- Peacebringer and Warshades are a must have in a full group now, they are having scrappers hps and they do significant help (not to mention there is a player that earn level 50 behind, could be a clown, but less likely). However, they have huge flaws, especially while in a form where they dont get group bonus while they retain the weakness for smaller group, even in a full group. They can drop pretty fast. I attain tough at level 11 and was not working for it just to give you an idea(hehe thanks nice defenders).
I have no idea in the end game, but the monsters and AVs regens is seriously pissing me unless they change the accolades and the story arc so a soloer can do it(or improve the soloers damage on AVs hehe), but even doing so, it would never be as nice, killing something weak is not like killing a strong thing, so maybe they need a new term for solo villains, because Boss is not enought for the motivation IMO.
- The new animations are sweeeeeet!
Anyway, I am barely level 11 after a few hours of playing, so this is pretty temporary...however my 50 soloer is crying, which is not that bad if they fix soloing at a later point and add solo stuff.

Agree on the solo thing - I love to solo, but when I stumble on a Monster or AV, soloing is not feasible anymore. I usually just call in some help at that point, which is never far away, and dispense with the brute. I admit, it would be nice to still be able to solo it, but Statesman has said many times in the past that AVs and Monsters were never meant to be soloable.
I am still a few levels away from being able to make my Warshade, but I am certainly looking forward to it.

Which FF Character Are You?
Having to call folks to help me when I want to progress on my solo aspect(if all is 1 system, then it is the solo aspect for me), this is plainly rude.
Dont read me wrong, my peacebringer is now level 20, and I am sure that with a regen scrapper we will take on 90% of the AVs in a duo when I reach the levels.
My grouping part is happy, but my solo part is incredibly crying(little or no solo stuff added).
If it is part of something a soloer will want in order to solo better(or finish a story they always do solo), then it should be soloable.
You want to make accolades that improve your HPS based on the amount of players in group, it dont affect my soloer part so those could require you to be grouped to earn them. But a plain pure 10% hps all the time need to be earnable solo all the way(could be as hard as you want).
Have no doubts, my peacebringer will prolly keep leveling up.
For lag, I experience DCs evertime I SK or am SKed since the patch. But I never experience lag in CoH or almost.

What happened to this issues? Awhile ago they said they were going to be adding a new power (Sonic) adding Non-Combat Skills and if they could get it right they would add another new power (Bow and Arrows). All that get tanked for the new archtypes?
Well, the boss difficulty is being rolled back to I2 leves and teams will gt an XP bonus. Statesmen has a long post on it on the official boards. I must say I'm thrilled the Devs are listening to us!
I can still solo 3 boss higher level then me, however now I flinch.
Shafting soloers is not going to improve your game experience, instead of having a player soloing that is hard to convince to join your group, you will have emptyness. The devs listen to the wrong peoples.
KOTOR 2, FF X12, Xeno 2 and many more are coming quite soon, I will be soloing there, and there, you wont be able to send me tells to join your groups!

Statesman has said that the Skills system won't be until I5. I4 will be mostly about the PvP arenas. Not sure on Sonic or Bow, but I do note the Council now has some folks with Sonic attacks...
Wow, you think pretty highly of the Peacebringers and Warshades. Personally I am not impressed. Sure it's cool to have the nova form and attacks at level 6 but the Kheldians are still very very weak and if you run into a kheledian hunter look out!
We've been dragging a level 32 warshade with us on missions and he spends a lot of time in the tank like form and almost no time in his nova form. he dies...often.
