I'm looking for a fantasy mmorpg with good graphic and character creation xD. i want a game that have optional payment or no payment (that i can play without paying). i'm alredy play Perfect World International but i want to try something new.
First, you should define what you consider to be be good graphics. For instance, I like WoW's graphics, but most think they're crappy an cartoonish. So good graphics are completely subjective.

Try DDO, its mostly f2p, and can be run in DX10.

Spellborn, maybe Allods,
Runes of Magic - decent graphics more like the cartoonish style similiar to WoW.

I'd look into Huxley, or possibly Face of Mankind. =D
Huxley's graphics are epic and FoM has pretty decent graphics.
Other than that, look into Project E maybe? Idk if it's going to be an MMORPGFPS or just and MMOFPS but I'd look into it still. =]
