Looking for Mmo / Online (zombie) survival game

Hello, I'm currently looking for a survival game, with zombies, or monsters, anything as long as It's survival! 
Oh and, i really dont want to play anything textbased.. My standards for graphics are low. ( Still play runescape, and i still believe the SNES was superior to any of the new nintendo consoles! )
Things I've tried:
I've tried Deadfrontier, but it got boring after a few days.

I tried Haven&Hearth, but It's not really survival.. It might be if it had more players, but It's pretty dead as it is now.

Tried many warcraft 3 mods, these actually offered the best survival gameplay I've played so far, but It gets dull after a while, It's still the same game after all, thought about starcraft, but I'm just not intrested in it.
I forgot the name, but i've been thinking about trying that online zombie survival game available on the PC and several consoles, but I'm not sure if my computer will run it.. I'll edit the post if i come up with It's name :S I heard it had very little replay value, and only a few maps.
I'm not sure if this is worth a mention, but I've also tried mount & blade if you start your own faction It's pretty darn hard to survive.

I prefer a game thats either free to play, or buy to play, I sub for WoW every now and then, and even though i could, i dont really want to subscribe to 2 games at once.
Last but not least, I've tried Wurm online, but it was just to confusing.. I might try it later, or if anyone is willing to help I'll try it again right now!

You could try L4D or L4D2
You could try this game called Darkfall online you must survive from other players at all times. And they have these mobs called zombie shamblers or dire zombies, not too tough, but not too easy either.
Didn't a company recently form that was making an mmo based on zombie apocalypse? It was just a few weeks ago that the announcement was made on this site. Not sure what it was called.

Undead Labs currently is, but thats for PS3 and Xbox 360, might be someone else too. A zombie mmo kinda sounds fun tbh
Deadfrontier (Deadfrontier.com) is a browser mog that is pretty well made.
Fallen Earth is pretty popular right now and seems to have a pretty dedicated fanbase.
That is pretty much all I know of right now...
There have been a few recent threads about a survival horror MMO.
A search will lead you to some very interesting ideas people have posted. Let's hope some devs take them to heart.

Dead Frontier, Zday, Jeff Strain's new one, The Confinement Online are all zombie survival MMOs.
Fallen Earth is hardly a survival MMO.
You could play Face of Mankind as a survival MMO (only have 10 lives and then permadeath unless you buy more) but it has no zombies and it'd be kinda lame considering clones are cheap.

Left 4 Dead is your best choice depending on the genre you want...If you like FPS/Survival/Team-based games...
Then yes L4D is your choice!

Darkfall, if you are looking to survive from other players. Full Loot, open world PvP...
Killing Floor is truely a super survival thing. Easy, Normal, Hard, Survival. And You won't surive at survival. No.
Need to Headshot, every mobs have attributes etc. You get levels and its all Steam based saved.
I cannot even believe no one has mentioned zombie panic source.

I have played Zombie Panic Source for over a year now and it is THE zombie game right now. Its an FPS you can download free on Steam (you only need a sourceSDK base to play it). The main point of it is survival. Example: 10 humans spawn in various houses on a given map and they have to cade their houses up in order to wait out the zombie barrage. Some maps are spawn based meaning you have to kill all the zombies and their spawn count or you have to wait it out for an amount of time (this is the usual game type. Usually, depending on the amount of people in the server 1-4 starting zombies will spawn including the carrier (he has extra hp, ability to infect people, and extra speed) and they have to begin killing humans and breaking down their barricades to kill them. As you die, naturally, you become a zombie. There's also other type of game types including objective based maps where you have to get parts for a boat/train to evacuate on or progress through a map to get to a helicopter at the end etc. The game is also updated frequently and through my time I have seen 3 major updates.
If you want a zombie game you get this and forget you ever heard about L4D.
