This is a stretch, but worth a shot.

I played it about 2 years ago.

It was level based.

I think asian style

3d graphics

Reminded me of Perfect World graphics wise, no flying tho.

The starter town had a river you could swim accross and kill crab like creatures.

It was free for a while then they decided to make it subscription, that's when I quit.

I just remember, when I played Perfect World recently, I was like "Damn this reminds of that game I wish I could remember"

Very vague, any help would be appreciated.
