Buying another gaming computer (help)

My friends looking to get one,Since my last one was a tad bit expensive(avoid that price range) , we want a set up that can play CS source, CoD2, and high end graphics mmorpgs with ease and under the 1500$ range if possible. Any suggestions would be great i.e video cards, proc ect.

*Corsair Obsidian Series 650D *i5-2500K OC'd ~ 4.5
*Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 mother board
* Radeon HD 7970
*8GB (4GBx2) 1600MHz Kingston HyperX
*240GB Corsair Force GT Series SATA-III SSD

    prably build one since it will be somewhat cheaper. or at least custome order one prebuilt. And ya i was talking about call of duty modern warfare 2 lol..
