Will I be able to run EQ2?

in Everquest II

Will I be able to run EQ2 with my system? :

Intel Pentium 4, 2.6GHZ
768MB SDRAM
GeForce FX 5600 Ultra, 128MB AGP

Can anyone with a similar system tell me how well they can run the game, and on what settings?

    It will run just fine. My only suggestion is to upgrade the ram to a gig. Makes a hell of a difference

    Should run very well.  You will see some lag in the city zones, but little or non in the outdoors or dungeon zones.  Graphics will be acceptable.

     

    I have an AMD 2000, 1gig ram, and a Ti 4200 128 Meg video card.  I run on "High Performace" which is Marketing's way of saying "below average" settings and it looks and runs just fine.

    what about meh ?  Althon xp 2400+   Gigabyte 6800GT   768RAms.....will i be able 2 run the game with a  decent lag in teh city ?    (medium details)       image

    you're fine on everything. If anything is going to make you lag, it would be your processor (you only have 256k cache) , then it would be your ram. But you have a good video card.

    Your processor and ur ram a little are pulling ur graphics card down. Get at least a gig of ram and a processor with a 512-1mb cache and it will be a wicked  setup.image Great gfx cardimage
