If I paid like as if I live in UK

Hello everyone, I tried AoC trial and have liked it so much, and when I was going to buy digital purchase I saw that monthly fee is 14.98€ (with VAT) and I thought "OMFG", well, I think i'm not gonna pay for this game if the month is so expensive, but I noticed that if you live in the UK you can pay it very much cheaper than if you pay from any other European country, so I want to know if I live in another European country, can I choose in my account that I'm from UK and pay cheaper? (i'm wondering that's not possible, but i'm not sure, so that's why I ask you), I'd pay by a card which you can only use to pay on the internet, but it has the same number as a Mastercard one. That's everything that I think it's important to answer my question. Please, if anybody of you knows the answer, post it there, thanks!

So for a 1 month recurring sub you would pay about €11.54 however, you may also be charged an additional bank fee if you pay by Credit Card for conversion. Which may not be worth it after all.
Another option you might want to look at is getting some Game Cards on the cheap there are lots of places selling 30 + 60 time cards at better rates

Personally, I don't think 15 bucks a month is alot for a non-stop, never ending possabilities, 24/7/365 form of entertainment. But hey, high standards is what forces inovativeness right?

Well, I have calculated it and this is what I've got.
1 Month: 10.54£ = 11.85€
Game 75% off: 4,4975£ (not exactly) = 5.05€
Both = 16.90€ + 1% (Conversion fee) = 17.07€
This if I paid with UK prices... And now with european prices:
Game = 5€
1 Month = 15€
Both = 20€ = No thanks.
So I finally will play this game with UK prices, that is the best one, thank you for your answers, you've helped me a lot, see you in Fury!
