Chargeback problem plz help

So some guy tried to hack my account a while ago and he added his credit card to it. Two days later i got my password back and took the account from him so he essentially payed for my game time. He cancelled the credit card payment and now my account is banned due to credit card charge back. How do i get my account back?

i waited on hold for an hour and a half with no answer
my only question is can i just tell them my credit card info or do i have to mail them a check cause that would be annoying
