What kinds of music do you listen to in a game? I personally hate all in-game music. I prefer some nice death metal when I'm fighting or some softer metal when just sitting around waiting for a group. How about everyone else?

    none. I turn off all music in and out of game and focus on the ambient/ critical game sounds

    The only game where I actually listened to the in game music was FFXI. Other than that it depends on the situation. If I am in a hectic situation I'll just leave all music off, but if it is just me, I prefer the bellow of a tuba.

    I try and be a purist when it comes to in-game music, but will turn it off if it's not to my liking and just play sound effects only.

    In-game I prefer its music, unless it's really horrible or pointless.
