Welp on my first week and I'm already level 14. Gonna be 15 soon. I wanna make my WoW experience last so I'm going as slow as possible, exploring everywehre, getting my professions high whilst leveling..Doing all the quests..getting into the plots, but yeah..i'm just leveling too fast..how did you 2 monther's last this long? Is it still fun at level 60?

My advise: just play. Don't constraint yourself in any way.
There are 8 races and 9 classes. This makes for a lot of different story lines, so the game is very re-playable. Horde and Allience is totally different. All classes are quite different (especially after level 20).
Do not contraint yourself in any way, as this will eventually lead to a drop in the fun experience.
Enjoy the story, enjoy the world...
When you hit 60, there's still plenty to do. There's quite some end game content.
And after 60 you can always restart with another char and re-live the world from a totally different perspective.

When you reach lvl 60 there's still alot to do depending on which guild you are in.
If you are in a PvP oriented guild, you mostly run around PvP'ing, this is only fun for a limited time since the PvP system isn't fully developed yet and you won't get any credit for all the kills you have made, but as soon as PvP system is developed you will have no problem finding something to do if you like PvP
As Nash said, Do not contraint yourself in any way, as this will eventually lead to a drop in the fun experience. Enjoy the story, enjoy the world...
Best wishes to you WoW playing, Zagrez
oh and one thing they didn't mention, leveling slows way down after lvl 20. the first few levels are really fast and then it slows down. well for the casual gamer like me it slowed way down and its gonna take me awhile to make it to lvl 60. just a little add-on the other guys forgot.

if it took you a week to get to 14, you dont have much to worry about. lvl 60 is a while away.
besides, try alts as well. evry class is fun and different.
After level 30, levels come days at a time. I just hit level 32 and was playing at level 31 for 2 days logging atleast 3 - 5 hours a day.
Well lvling really depends on the player the fastest way ive found is to grind 1-5 quest 6-20 at 20 if your A do the instance in SW then quest to 40 at 40 its time for scarlet monastary grind 41-45 at 45 its time for the instance Zul'Farrak quest 45-50 at 50 do marudon (cant remember if thats the right spelling X_X)quest to about 58 then your free to do the rest of the high end stuff except for molten core =P Might of missed abit its late
Well that little bit had no point to it lol but yea first 30 lvls are really easy like the last poster said and if i play about 5 hours a day at 50 it takes about 2-3 days to lvl but if im not doin ne thing on the weekend and play about 12 hours ill lvl fun fun =0
So just enjoy the game and go at your own speed

I leveled my druid to lvl11 within 10 hours, so don't be panicked that you run out of doing ingame.
I think there's quite much job to get to lvl 60 Like when you get ur lvl 60, the pvp features have already been implemented heh.
If you have a job and/or school you won't reach 60 in less than 2 months. So you have enough fun ahead of you. Levelling slows a bit after 30, more after 40 and even more after 50.
The issue isn't a 2 month issue, it's a 3 month issue. Many casual gamers can reach 60 in three months if they play regularly. And there isn't all that much content right now late game. Battlegrounds are coming, and that will make it more fun late game, but these will be instanced and so whatever gains one makes in them will not be visible in the persistent game world, and that makes them somewhat less interesting really.
So I wouldn't worry about it now ... you have quite a bit of fun ahead of you. 2-3 months from now you may be running low on things to do. If that happens you can roll a new character if you wish (the lower level content is different for races and factions and, to a certain degree classes when it comes to class quests) so there is new content there for you to access for the lower levels ... when you get to middle and higher levels its the same content more or less for everyone so it gets repetitive.
I enjoyed my time in WoW very much for about 2.5 months. Then it became very boring because the late game is more boring, but the early and middle game is very fun.

I'm a little more than a casual player, and I'm only 34. The leveling slowed way down after 20. I have a couple alts and a great guild. You should have no worries, just play the game and don't worry about keeping up with anyone else.
I have a rogue, level 44, druid, level 20ish, and a horde hunter on a dif server (level 11) whom i play when my main server is down. Its only 11 because Magtheridon is almost always up. Anway, 2 months on 2 chars, so Id say its gonna take me another month or two to level to 60 my rogue. After that, its true PvP ownage!!! WOOOOOO

PvP is already in, has been from the start. The only thing that isnt there yet are battlegrounds (an instance specificaly designed for PvP) and PvP honor system (realy valid only on PvP servers)
If you are worried the game will be easy or u dont want to level too fast, make a char on PvP server. The thrill of danger EVERY SINGLE MOMENT makes the game excited. You wont level as fast as on PvE server becuase you will be looking around you all the time, scared of any movemenet in the bushes, every unknown sound u hear will alarm you and put your nerves on the edge. Itsa dangerous life on PvP server, you are gonna be ganked, killed and chased all the time. It can be annoying at times, so if you cant handle that you probly should go with PvE.
