I currently have purchased this game, but do not have any friends to start up with or any sort of guild contacts. If anyone is buying it relatively soon and is in the same boat as I am, care to learn and die beside me?

zombies are easier to fight than goblins even though goblins is considered tier 0 mobs

And yes, there are all kind of undead creatures in DF. And beware, some only come out during the night!

You might want to consider joining "NEW."
Its a clan specifically for new players, they can teach you alot and you can be with people in the same boat as you.

Well, I'll be taking the plunge tonight, its updating now. I havent decided on a race yet, what are the racial benefits of each one? I cant find any info on it
